If you’ve never been to Marché de Talensac, the stand is right in the heart of the market. With its inspiring window displays in the warm colors of Provence, Maison Carol has been sharing the story of olives and spices with the people of Nantes for nearly fifty years. Being a family-run business, Maison Carol decided to locate in the Nantes region in order to promote its fine Provençal products – a real challenge at the time, as few people were familiar with the world of olives and tapenades.
Described as “Ali-Baba’s cave”, customers can find the very best in products reflecting the values of Provence and the Mediterranean basin. At the front of the stand are olives, tapenades and antipasti, all of which are key products for our customers. A wide variety of olives enable connoisseurs and loyal consumers to take a gustatory journey, via Provence, Italy, Morocco…
But Maison Carol doesn’t stop there: it features a whole range of dried vegetables and fruits, candied fruits, their spices and olive oils. As we have already mentioned, Christelle and her team are dedicated to offering quality to ensure the Provencal heritage.
